K-RISE는 세계적으로 널리 알려지고 있는 한국문화를 우리만의 방법으로 배우고 즐기며 봉사도 하는 클럽입니다. 6학년 부터 12학년까지 세종학교학생으로 구성되어있고 엄지현 선생님께서 담당해 주십니다. 한류열품의 주역인 K-pop 춤을 배우고 연습해서 공연을 합니다. 5년째 많은 학생들이 즐겁고 신나게 클럽활동을 하면서 한국인으로서의 자긍심도 커지게 되었습니다. 한국문화를 몰랐거나 이제 막 알기 시작한 사람들, 관심을 가진 사람들에게 K-RISE가 조금이라도 도움이 되었으면 합니다.
K-RISE is a club branched off of Saejong School that focuses on the celebration of Korean Culture and the spread of the Korean Wave. K-Rise is made up of Saejong students grades 6 through 12 and is mentored by Sara Um. Members dance to various K-pop songs (a principal part of Korean Culture) and perform at various events. For the fifth year now, many students have actively and excitedly participated in K-RISE while gaining friends, skills, and national pride. We hope that we can help anyone who is interested in celebrating and learning more about Korean Culture.
