2026-2027학년도 등록 안내

조기등록 신청 Google Form 링크는 5월 18일에 이곳에 업로드될 예정입니다. 현재 세종학교 가족은 담임 선생님께 신청서 링크를 문의해 주세요. (The Google Form registration link will be uploaded here on May 18. Current Saejong School families, please ask your homeroom teacher for the registration link.)
 

2026-27 학년도 디트로이트 세종학교 조기등록 신청 안내

  • 개학일시(1st day of school): 2026년 9월 12일(토) 오전 10시  Saturday, September 12th 2026, 10AM
  • 수업과목(Class content): 한국어, 역사, 문화, 음악, 무용, 태권도, 요리, 사물놀이, 난타, 한국전통공예, 미술 등
    (Korean Language, Korean history and culture, music, crafts and painting, Taekwondo, Samulnori, Nanta, Korean cooking – 상황에 따라 변동이 있을 수 있음/It can vary depending on the situation)
  • 1학기 수업기간(Class Period): 2026년 9월 12일 ~ 2027년 1월 23일 (1st semester:Sep 12th 2026-Jan 23rd 2027)  *2학기는 2027년 6월 첫 주까지 진행됩니다.
  • 수업시간(School hour):   매주 토요일 오전 10시 ~ 오후 1시 20분 Saturdays 10:00am-1:20pm                          
  • 수업장소(Location): Huda Upper School  28555 Middlebelt Rd. Farmington Hills, MI 48334
  • 대상 학생(Age for registration): 유치부 (4살), 초등부, 중/고등부, 성인반, 신입반 (4학년이상 초급) 4 yrs old to 12th Graders and Adults.

2026–2027학년도 세종학교 조기등록을 시작합니다.
조기등록은 재학생의 안정적인 학습 연계와 원활한 학급 운영을 위해 진행됩니다.

예년과 달라진 내용이 일부 포함되어 있으니, 안내문을 자세히 확인하시고 기간 내 등록해 주시기 바랍니다.

 

  1. 조기등록 안내
  • 2025–2026학년도 기존 세종학교 가족에게는 신규 신청자보다 우선하여 조기등록 기간이 제공됩니다.
  • 세종가족 우선 조기등록 기간 동안에는 신규 신청자의 등록이 진행되지 않습니다.
  • 교사 지원 자녀에게는 우선 등록 혜택이 적용됩니다.
  1. 등록 기간
  • 세종가족(2025–2026학년도 재학생) 우선 조기등록: 5월 1일 ~ 5월 10일 (기간 엄수)
  • 신규 신청자 조기등록: 5월 18일 ~ 6월 15일
  • 일반등록: 8월 1일부터
  1. 주요 변경 사항
  • 올해부터 조기등록은 연간 등록(1년 등록)에 한해 적용되며, 학기별 등록은 조기등록으로 진행되지 않습니다.
  • 일부 학급은 정원 충원 시 조기 마감될 수 있으며, 2학기 조기등록은 별도로 진행되지 않습니다.

****환불 안내(Refund Policy)****

  • 9월 12일(개학일) 이전 등록취소: 취소하는 학생 1인당 $50 부과
  • 9월 12일(개학일) 이후부터 18일까지 등록취소: 취소하는 학생 1인당 $50 부과 
  • 9월 19일 이후 등록취소: 환불 불가

  1. 후원 안내 (Donation) – 세종학교의 원활한 운영을 위해 학부모님의 후원을 부탁드립니다. 세종학교는 연방 및 주정부에 등록된 비영리단체(Nonprofit Organization)로, 기부금은 세금 공제 혜택을 받으실 수 있습니다.
  1. 등록 신청서
  • 등록 신청은 Google Form 제출을 원칙으로 합니다. 

        7. 등록금 납입 안내

  • Zelle –원활한 처리와 확인을 위해 Zelle 납부를 권장드립니다.

        → Message(Note)란에 자녀의 영문 이름을 기재해 주시기 바랍니다.

        8. 등록 완료 여부 확인 – 조기등록 기간 종료 후 신청서 및 등록금 납부 여부를 확인하여, 등록 시 제출하신 학부모님 이메일로 7월 중 등록 확인 안내를 보내드릴 예정입니다.

1. Early Registration Information

• Families currently enrolled at SaeJong School for the 2025–2026 academic year will be given priority access to the early registration period over new applicants.

• During this priority early registration period, registration will not be open to new applicants.

2. Registration Period

• Priority Early Registration (Current SaeJong School Families, 2025–2026 Academic Year): May 1 – May 10 (strictly enforced)

• Early Registration (New Applicants): May 18 – June 15

• General Registration: Begins August 1

3. Key Changes

• Starting this year, early registration applies only to annual (full-year) enrollment. Semester-based enrollment is not eligible for early registration.

• There will be no separate early registration period for the second semester.

• Some classes may close early once capacity is reached.

******Refund Policy******

• Cancellation before September 12 (first day of school): $50 fee per student

• Cancellation from September 12 to September 18: $50 fee per student

• Cancellation on or after September 19: No refunds

4. Tuition Information

Early Registration (Annual Only):1 student – $550 / 2 students – $990 / 3 students –$1,470

General Registration (1 Semester):1 student – $360 / 2 students – $650 / 3 students –$970

General Registration (Annual):1 student – $650 / 2 students – $1,170 / 3 students –$1,745

5. Registration Application

• Registration must be submitted via Google Form.

6. Payment Information

Zelle – For faster processing and confirmation, Zelle payments are strongly recommended.

7. Registration Confirmation

• After the early registration period ends, applications and payment records will be reviewed.

• A registration confirmation notice will be sent in July to the email address provided by parents at the time of registration.

8. Donation

We kindly ask for your support to help ensure the smooth operation of SaeJong School. SaeJong School is a federally and state-registered nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
